Can I change the delivery address when the order has already been placed?
No, unfortunately this is not possible. In order to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we immediately start packaging in our warehouse. Unfortunately we cannot make any changes. It is, however, possible to log in onto the www.PostNL.nl website with your PostNL track and trace code that you receive from us, and adjust the delivery address there. This service only works within the Netherlands.
