The merchandise available on MasonGarments.com is subject to change. To stay informed of new arrivals and sales, you can register to receive our newsletter when creating an account. Despite our efforts in synchronizing the website merchandise with our stock, some items that appear on the website may be out of stock. In this case, we will automatically refund your payment and inform you about the unavailability shortly after the order is placed.


REGISTRATION

Filling the registration form and registering is required to complete any transaction on MasonGarments.com. You may register or login to your account by accessing the "my account" link.

Registering also allows you to:

- Contact our service desk
- Receive email updates and promotions to get regular insights about trends and sales
- You can modify your account at any time.


FORGOT PASSWORD?

If you forget your account password, click on the "forgot password?" link. You will be sent an email with a temporary password. It is recommended to change your temporary password after logging into your account.


PAYMENT

We accept payments by: iDeal, Paypal, Mybank, Maestro, Postepay, Mistercash, Cartebleue, Sofortbanking and Visa / Mastercard.

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. The pre-authorisation is completed once the order has been packed and is ready to be shipped. If the billing or shipping information are incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to confirm them before your order is shipped.

ORDER MANAGEMENT

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Mason Garments will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. You may cancel or make changes to your order as long as the order has not been shipped. CUSTOMS

For orders shipped outside of the Netherlands, you should consult the customs legislations of your country. We do not take responsibility for duty fees, brokerage fees and shipment delays due to customs, if any.
