At present, the whole of the Netherlands, like many other countries, is taking precautions in the context of the COVID-19 coronavirus. We also keep a close eye on the situation and always follow RIVM guidelines.
Therefore we have decided to keep our headquarters closed as a precaution and let staff work from home whenever possible. For now, we are able to safely process all placed orders worldwide. As long as the postal service are allowed continue to operate, all orders will be processed as quickly as possible as you are used to from us.
However, we have to adjust the capacity in our distribution center to adhere to the general guidelines. For example, we have start working in shifts of smaller teams to limit contact and avoid it where possible. This with a view to the health of all our employees and of course the general population.
We ask your understanding for any delays this may cause.It is possible that the situation will change in the coming days. As soon as there is a change in our policy, we will keep you updated as much and soon as possible.

Shipping and Handling
Mason Garments provides worldwide through: PostNL and DHL. All shipping services used by Mason Garments provide a tracking number and insurance for the cost of your package. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders will be combined and shipping fees will be adjusted, unless otherwise requested. Days in the following table refer to business days.

Please note the following: The ordered item(s) will only be sent after the payment is cleared and checked by us. Mason Garments does not deliver to P.O. Boxes address. Moreover, all orders will include an official invoice declaring the exact total amount of the purchased goods in Euro’s. We will not lower the value or mark the item(s) as gift on the invoice of the parcel since it is illegal and in violation with international import regulations as stated in Dutch Law.
WRONG ADDRESS, NON RECEIVED AND RETURNS
If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee (not according to the above table). The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.
