Shipping policy

Mason Garments delivers to many countries worldwide. To check whether we deliver to your destination, select your country or region at checkout. If your country is not listed, we currently do not deliver there.

All orders are shipped with tracking. Days in the following table refer to business days.

Do I have to pay import duties to successfully receive my order?
You will not have to pay import duties for all orders from the European Union (EU). However, if you have placed an order from outside the European Union (EU), you might have to pay import duties to receive your order successfully. Mason Garments is not responsible for the possible import duties of your order. Therefore, Mason Garments highly recommends checking the customs laws of your country before placing an order.

Delivery options
The available delivery options depend on the destination country, and will be shown at checkout once you select country and add your address. In the Netherlands and Germany, you can choose from home delivery or delivery to a pickup point. Pickup-point delivery is currently unavailable for other destinations. Depending on the carrier, you may be able to change the delivery time or location through the tracking link after your order has been dispatched.

Wrong address, not received and returns?
If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee (not according to the above table). The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.
