The Tia style is our all-time bestseller for its elegance and simplicity. When designing the Tia, the aim was to create an “everyday” shoe that would be the focus point in various outfits.
The project ended up being so personal that it was named after our creative director's nickname as a child; Tia.
The upper construction boasts the well-known sacchetto, primarily used for high-end fashion footwear, that fits the foot like a glove. This, in combination with the latest, softer mesh inner lining construction, results in the highest comfort and distinctive aesthetic. The ergonomic foam insole is topped with cow leather to ensure luxurious comfort and support.
All leathers, suedes, nubuck, and other materials used on our shoes are sustainably sourced from the finest Italian tanneries. Mason Garments is a proud member of the Leather Working Group and promotes more sustainable fashion.

In order to make an accurate measurement of your feet, please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Stand on a piece of paper against a wall or door.
Step 2: Draw a line at the end of your biggest foot.
Step 3: Measure the distance between the wall and the line.
Step 4: Choose the size closest to your measurement. If you are in between sizes, we recommend taking the bigger size.
Mason Garments puts great effort into sourcing only the highest quality materials. Please note that high quality does not mean that the products are not prone to damage. Please handle your shoes with the utmost care to ensure the longest lifespan:
- Protect your footwear from too much direct rain, light, extreme heat and cold.
- If the shoes do get wet, dry them with a soft cloth immediately after their contact with water.
- To help hold the shape and absorb any excess moisture, fill the shoes with the provided filling paper when not in use.

- Follow these steps to clean the footwear:
Step 1: When cleaning suedes and nubuck, use the brush from our Jason Markk Suede Cleaning Kit to lightly brush off any excess dirt. Use the harder brush provided in the Jason Markk Essential Kit to lightly brush the outsoles and more durable materials such as leathers.
Step 2: After brushing, use the Jason Markk Suede Cleaning Kit’s eraser to gently erase most stubborn dirt stains on the outsoles, suedes and nubuck.
Step 3: On more durable leathers and outsoles, use the cleaning solution and brush provided in the Jason Markk Essential Kit. Dry gently with a cloth. We do not recommend using this cleaning for dyed suedes and nubuck since they are most likely to bleed in contact with the solution.
Step 4: Protect your suede, nubuck, canvas and other absorbent material shoes against liquids and stains with Jason Markk Repel Spray. The odorless and colorless formula will not alter the look or feel of the material.

Mason Garments provides worldwide shipping through local carriers and FedEx Express. All shipping services used by Mason Garments provide a tracking number and insurance for the cost of your package. If multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders will be combined, and shipping fees will be adjusted unless otherwise requested. Do I have to pay import duties to successfully receive my order?
You will not have to pay import duties for all orders from the European Union (EU). However, if you have placed an order from outside the European Union (EU), you might have to pay import duties to receive your order successfully. Mason Garments is not responsible for the possible import duties of your order. Therefore, Mason Garments highly recommends checking the customs laws of your country before placing an order.
Please note the following: The ordered item(s) will only be sent after the payment is cleared and checked by us. Mason Garments does not deliver to P.O. Boxes address. Moreover, all orders will include an official invoice declaring the exact total amount of the purchased goods in Euros. We will not lower the value or mark the item(s) as a gift on the invoice of the parcel since it is illegal and in violation of international import regulations as stated in Dutch Law.
Wrong address, not received and returns?
If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee (not according to the above table). The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.
Mason Garments accepts the following forms of payment: iDeal, PayPal, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, Mistercash/Bancontact, Sofortbanking, Mybank, Postepay, Carte Bleue, AMEX.
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. The pre-authorisation is completed once the order has been packed and is ready to be shipped. If the billing or shipping information are incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to confirm them before your order is shipped.
Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt in order to qualify for a refund. The returns must be registered via our Return Portal. Here you can buy your return label and track your return at all times. This is possible for the following countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Slovenia, Spain, The Netherlands, and United Kingdom. If your residence is in another country, we kindly ask you to choose a shipping method yourself.
In order to qualify for a refund, the following rules apply:
- Products must be unworn and accompanied by the original tags.
- Products must be returned in their original and undamaged shoebox.
- Returns must be provided with the completed Return Form.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the returned products do not meet these requirements, they will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Returns are processed within 8 days of receipt. Please, note that it may take up to 5 days for the booking to appear on your account.
