E-Commerce Intern

For our E-commerce department, Mason Garments is immediately looking for a third- or fourth-year HBO student. As an intern, you will be closely involved in optimizing our online store and work together with the E-commerce and Marketing team to improve online performance and customer experience.

Profile: HBO
Duration: minimum of 20 weeks, exact duration can be discussed.

TASKS

• Managing and optimizing website content (such as banners and landing pages);
• Supporting product management (importing product data and writing product descriptions);
• Executing SEO optimizations (category pages, meta titles and descriptions, alt texts);
• Implementing merchandising updates (sorting category pages, analyzing stock and bestsellers);
• Analyzing website performance and identifying areas for improvement (e.g. via tools like Microsoft Clarity);
• Coordinating content planning and aligning with the content team;

Additionally, there is room to shape your internship independently, for example through a research or optimization project.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a strong interest in e-commerce and fashion;
• You have a basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (preferably Shopify);
• You have a good sense of online merchandising and content presentation;
• You have strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills (Dutch and English, German is a plus);
• You have an eye for detail, both in text and visuals;
• You have basic knowledge of SEO and e-commerce KPIs (such as conversion rate and AOV);
• You are comfortable working with Excel and data;
• Experience with AI tools for daily tasks is a plus;
• You are in the final phase of your MBO+ or HBO education.
