Please note that socks can only be returned in new condition. Items should be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all labels attached.

SHIPPING AND PAYMENT
Mason Garments provides worldwide shipping through local carriers. All shipping services used by Mason Garments provide a tracking number. Days in the following table refer to business days.

Do I have to pay import duties to successfully receive my order?
You will not have to pay import duties for all orders from the European Union (EU). However, if you have placed an order from outside the European Union (EU), you might have to pay import duties to receive your order successfully. Mason Garments is not responsible for the possible import duties of your order. Therefore, Mason Garments highly recommends checking the customs laws of your country before placing an order.
Please note the following: The ordered item(s) will only be sent after the payment is cleared and checked by us. Mason Garments does not deliver to P.O. Boxes address. Moreover, all orders will include an official invoice declaring the exact total amount of the purchased goods in Euros. We will not lower the value or mark the item(s) as a gift on the invoice of the parcel since it is illegal and in violation of international import regulations as stated in Dutch Law.
Wrong address, not received and returns?
If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee (not according to the above table). The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Mason Garments accepts the following forms of payment: iDeal, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, Riverty, AMEX.
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. The pre-authorisation is completed once the order has been packed and is ready to be shipped. If the billing or shipping information are incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to confirm them before your order is shipped.
RETURNS
Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt in order to qualify for a refund or an exchange. The returns and exchanges must be registered via our return portal. Here you can also buy your return label. The return address will be provided after purchasing the return label. Returns not registered through our return portal can unfortunately not be processed.
In order to qualify for a refund or exchange, the following rules apply:
- Products must be unworn and accompanied by the original tags.
- Products must be returned in their original and undamaged shoebox.
- Returns must include the original packing slip that was provided with the delivery.
If the returned products do not meet these requirements, they will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Processing time
Refund: Return shipments are processed within 10 days of receipt and refunded via the original payment method. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Please note that the visibility of the refund on your account may depend on your bank.
Exchange by coupon:
- Customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany: the coupon is issued as soon as the package has been handed in at a drop-off point.
- Customers outside these countries: the coupon is issued once the package has been received and inspected by us. This may take up to 10 working days after receipt.
Please note that 10 business days are an estimate. We do our best to process everything as quickly as possible.
Return Costs
Your return is completely free of charge when you choose exchange by coupon. If you choose a refund, however, the return costs are at your own expense. Below you can find the return costs per country.

For Switzerland, United Kingdom and the United States we are unable to provide a return label. If you wish to return a parcel from one of these countries, you will need to arrange the return yourself through a local postal service provider.
If you have received an incorrect item or a defective product, we will of course cover the return label.
